A GOURMET EXPERIENCE - 1 Michelin Star

« La Table », Clarance Hotel Lille welcomes his new chef, Thibaut Gamba. At 31 years old, Nicolas Pourcheresse’s successor promises a healthy, fresh and gourmet cooking revolved around sea, fish and crustacean.

From François Lassere to Pierre Gagnaire, from New York to Bergen, Thibaut Gamba is a challenging man. His next challenge: to make last the Michelin Star which is shining above La Table. “I have been taken with Lille and its inhabitants also for Clarance which offers an exceptional working environment. I love the place beauty and his philosophy looking towards sustainable development. 

Let yourself be enchanted by the expertise of our chef and by the elegant ambiance of our gourmet restaurant when you join us for a romantic dinner, a business lunch, or for a stay at our luxury hotel in Lille.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday lunch time until Sunday lunch time, and dining is also available in the library or the garden.

    A delicious menu created for the less leisured weekday lunch time. Each week the chef creates a new main course and dessert.

  • "Pur” menu

    The chef's tasting menu, created from what inspires him each day, is distinguished by its surprises. Dishes whose inspirations come from far away and that make the best of what the world has to offer. You will be entranced by the world of sensations that will be revealed to you during this meal, as it is ordered "blind".
