1 Michelin Star - Alexandre Miquel

At the dawn of his 31 years, this native of Bethune was trained by Marc Meurin at the Château de Beaulieu in Busnes and then by Jean Constant at Robert II. He then shared, as his right-hand man for more than 5 years, the taste of excellence and creativity with Thibaut Gamba. Alexandre Miquel will take over the kitchen of La Table du Clarance in February 2023.
