Clarance joins forces with Relais & Châteaux & Slowfood International in the "Food for Change " campaign for healthy, clean and fair cuisine.

This year, Relais & Châteaux members are highlighting cheeses, wines and other fermented products.

Romain Olivier - Maître Affineur & Alexandre Miquel - Chef de cuisine work hand in hand to take us into the wonderful world of cheeses and their maturing processes for a convivial evening in 2 parts

  • Rendezvous and aperitif tasting at Fromagerie Philippe Olivier (rue basse) from 7:00 p.m.
  • Extended discussion and dinner at the Clarance Hotel Lille from 8:00 p.m.
